Job Summary
Our highly respected client is seeking a senior-level manager to oversee both Sales and Operations, driving performance, structure, and execution across the business. This is not an administrative or back-office role it requires leadership, accountability, and hands-on management. The role is based in Ortigas, Pasig City and offers an onsite work arrangement.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead sales and operations activities across PLDT, Enterprise, and Channel divisions.
- Manage the sales funnel from pipeline creation to closure and collection.
- Set and monitor KPIs for each business segment (Outright, Leasing, Distribution).
- Implement a simple CRM or structured tracking tool for visibility and control.
- Oversee order processing, delivery schedules, and aftersales coordination.
- Balance short-term, fast-moving sales with long-term, high-margin opportunities.
- Supervise and develop the local team with clear reporting routines.
- Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic direction and execution.
Key Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales or operations within telecom, IT, or related industries.
- Proven track record leading commercial and technical teams.
- Strong commercial mindset balancing growth, profitability, and cash flow.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with or within telcos (PLDT, Globe, etc.) is an advantage.
