Senior Sales Officer – Cebu

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Officer to manage and grow key accounts, drive new business opportunities, and close high-value projects in the construction and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting and client engagement to negotiation and closing.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and key accounts.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and provide tailored solutions based on client requirements.
• Handle high-value projects while ensuring quality client engagement and long-term business relationships.
• Continuously improve sales strategies, outreach, and closing techniques to maximize conversion and business growth.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive B2B or enterprise sales experience, preferably in construction materials, interior fit-out/design, boards, coatings, architectural products, or related industries.
• Proven track record in closing high-value projects, managing key accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of construction projects, modular furniture, and interior fit-out requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Highly self-driven, accountable, and capable of independently managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Results-oriented with a strong hunter mindset and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to be assigned at AS Fortuna, Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu.
