Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Ensure all conversations in representation of Thoughtful Media Philippines are done in the best business interests of the company
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Generate sustainable leads, build sales funnels, and convert opportunities into brand partnerships.
  • Identify and secure digital and influencer marketing campaigns for brands and agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure services sold align with company capabilities.
  • Collaborate with influencer managers, campaign teams, and creatives to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Identify and address gaps in the sales process to improve operations and best practices.
  • Procure necessary tools, partnerships, and industry connections to achieve KPIs.
  • Analyze financial and sales data to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor digital and influencer marketing trends to spot new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales pipeline updates, reports, and forecasts to management.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience in Commercial and/or Sales in specific or alternative roles
  • Proven ability to track and achieve monthly lead-generation targets
  • Ensure there are no misrepresentations made on behalf of the company
  • Experience with managing sales tracking with week-to-week Sales WIP reporting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Attention to detail Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Degree in Business, Marketing Management or related field
