Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all conversations in representation of Thoughtful Media Philippines are done in the best business interests of the company
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and KPIs.
- Generate sustainable leads, build sales funnels, and convert opportunities into brand partnerships.
- Identify and secure digital and influencer marketing campaigns for brands and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Manage client expectations and ensure services sold align with company capabilities.
- Collaborate with influencer managers, campaign teams, and creatives to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Identify and address gaps in the sales process to improve operations and best practices.
- Procure necessary tools, partnerships, and industry connections to achieve KPIs.
- Analyze financial and sales data to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor digital and influencer marketing trends to spot new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales pipeline updates, reports, and forecasts to management.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in Commercial and/or Sales in specific or alternative roles
- Proven ability to track and achieve monthly lead-generation targets
- Ensure there are no misrepresentations made on behalf of the company
- Experience with managing sales tracking with week-to-week Sales WIP reporting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Attention to detail Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- Degree in Business, Marketing Management or related field
