Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Metro Manila for a Senior Sales Manager at Shang Properties, Inc. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for devising and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, identifying and securing potential clients, and building strong relations. The role involves leading and motivating a sales team, conducting market analysis, and preparing sales reports to monitor performance and strategy effectiveness. The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication and optimize sales outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Analysis, Prospecting, and Negotiation
  • Leadership and Team Management experience
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the real estate, property development, or related industry is a significant must.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
