Role Description The Senior Sales Manager (Office Development) is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, responsible for driving the sales performance of ARTHALAND's office development projects. This role includes leading and mentoring the sales team, setting sales targets, and creating strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals. The Senior Sales Manager will manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating terms and closing transactions. Day-to-day activities involve building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and partners, conducting property presentations and site tours, and monitoring market trends to refine positioning and pricing. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, finance, and project teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in office real estate sales or commercial property development, with a proven track record in achieving sales and leasing targets.
  • Experience in team leadership and people management, including coaching, performance oversight, and capability building for sales professionals.
  • Advanced client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex corporate accounts and long sales cycles.
  • Solid understanding of market analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to support pricing, positioning, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to conduct property briefings, site tours, and executive-level discussions.
  • Familiarity with sustainable development concepts, green building standards, or ESG-related practices is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or sales are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Taguig, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
