Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Oracle Fusion

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion applications to drive enterprise sales, build strategic client relationships, and grow revenue across key markets. This role requires a strong consultative sales approach, experience selling complex ERP solutions, and the ability to lead large, high-value deals end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sales for Oracle Fusion products (Finance, SCM, HCM, Procurement, etc.) across assigned regions.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery, and alliance teams to create compelling, value-driven solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Stay current on Oracle Fusion roadmap, market trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
  • Mentor junior sales team members where applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • 1015 years of overall sales experience, with a strong focus on enterprise software / ERP solutions.
  • Proven hands-on sales experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated success in closing large, complex, multi-year enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and large enterprise customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic accounts.
  • Willingness to travel as required within the region.
