Role Description This is a contract, on-site Senior Sales Manager role based in General Trias. The Senior Sales Manager will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential and mixed-use real estate projects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing pipelines, preparing sales forecasts, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing. The role will collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and project development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals and ensure high-quality customer experience. The Senior Sales Manager will also build and maintain strong client and broker relationships, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
