Role Description This is a contract, on-site Senior Sales Manager role based in General Trias. The Senior Sales Manager will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential and mixed-use real estate projects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing pipelines, preparing sales forecasts, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing. The role will collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and project development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals and ensure high-quality customer experience. The Senior Sales Manager will also build and maintain strong client and broker relationships, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and forecasting, with the ability to design and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities, with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the local real estate market in Cavite and neighboring areas; experience with high-rise or township projects is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office applications (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) for tracking performance and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field; advanced training or certifications in sales or real estate are a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in General Trias, including flexibility to work weekends or extended hours based on client needs and sales events.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professional conduct, and a customer-focused mindset.
