Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role located in General Trias for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will lead a team to achieve sales targets, develop and execute sales strategies, and maintain excellent client relationships. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales personnel, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and ensuring the team's alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales acumen to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Sales Planning, and Sales Operations
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Coaching, and People Management
  • Skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Customer Service
  • Strong ability to Analyze Market Trends, Identify Opportunities, and Conduct Competitor Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in competitive markets
  • Experience in the real estate industry or related field is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site at the General Trias location
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
