Duties and Responsibilities

Prospect new large accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop and close new business

Identify business opportunities and meet with key decision makers to obtain commitment in pursuit of the sale.

Create, plan and implement strategic sales and business development initiatives

Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned

Market the company, ensuring that the organization receives positive exposure to enhance the brand image.

Utilizes references and industry contacts to increase sale

Role Specification

Bachelor Degree is required

At least 8 years of relevant experience and with good sales track record.

Experience in IT Sales, Banking, Financial, Telco or Information Technology is preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities and the

ability to work in a start-up organization

Individual must be self-motivated, energetic, adaptive to changes and willing to accept

challenges in this challenging market.

Able to communicate well and present ideas with clear thought process is an advantage
