Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth and strengthening client relationships within the banking and lending sectors. This role requires a strategic approach to managing complex sales cycles and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across diverse markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to expand presence in the banking and alternative lending sectors.
  • Managing long sales cycles (6-12 months) with a focus on building trust and credibility with decisionmakers.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities in markets that are traditionally difficult to access.
  • Presenting solutions in a clear and compelling manner to clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to tailor offerings that meet client needs.
  • Reporting directly to senior leadership and contributing to overall business growth.
