Senior Manager / Team Leader - Sales

Bangalore | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored real estate solutions.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Lead negotiations and successfully close commercial real estate transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably Commercial Real Estate Leasing.
• Minimum 3 years of individual sales experience.
• Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship management and client-handling abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
