Senior Sales ManagerLocation: Taguig City (Hybrid)
ARTHALAND is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team dedicated to marketing the company's portfolio of premium sustainable developments.
This hybrid, full-time role is responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue objectives, and executing strategic initiatives that support the company's growth. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership through coaching, performance management, and sales planning while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives, strengthen market presence, and maximize sales opportunities. The role also involves cultivating relationships with clients, brokers, and key business partners, preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports, and representing ARTHALAND at industry events, presentations, and project site visits.
