Senior Sales Manager

Location: Taguig City (Hybrid)

ARTHALAND is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team dedicated to marketing the company's portfolio of premium sustainable developments.

This hybrid, full-time role is responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue objectives, and executing strategic initiatives that support the company's growth. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership through coaching, performance management, and sales planning while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives, strengthen market presence, and maximize sales opportunities. The role also involves cultivating relationships with clients, brokers, and key business partners, preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports, and representing ARTHALAND at industry events, presentations, and project site visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and key performance metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, accredited brokers, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other business units to execute campaigns and initiatives that generate qualified leads and increase conversions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to support business planning.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client journey while maintaining ARTHALAND's premium brand standards.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, property presentations, and project launches.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field. Advanced studies or professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in real estate, luxury property, hospitality, or other premium industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Expertise in strategic sales planning, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience in premium residential developments, sustainable real estate, or green building projects is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, customer focus, and a passion for delivering long-term value.
