Job Description

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities within the ink and paint industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical raw materials distribution, a strong customer network, and the ability to recommend suitable products and solutions that meet customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while expanding product sales.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ink and paint industry.
  • Recommend suitable chemical raw materials and technical solutions based on customer needs.
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with market trends and pricing to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in chemical raw materials distribution or trading, preferably serving the ink and paint industry.
  • Experience handling resins, pigments, additives, and solvents is highly preferred.
  • Strong network and established relationships with key customers in the ink and paint industry.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Willing to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
