SUMMARY
We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities within the ink and paint industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical raw materials distribution, a strong customer network, and the ability to recommend suitable products and solutions that meet customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while expanding product sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ink and paint industry.
- Recommend suitable chemical raw materials and technical solutions based on customer needs.
- Execute sales strategies aligned with market trends and pricing to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in chemical raw materials distribution or trading, preferably serving the ink and paint industry.
- Experience handling resins, pigments, additives, and solvents is highly preferred.
- Strong network and established relationships with key customers in the ink and paint industry.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Willing to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
