Job Summary
As a Senior/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for opening doors including new business sales, up selling and servicing existing clients. You are someone who can build relationships, understand client needs and provide a solution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Focus on cold calling and selling Kumo™ solutions, services and ensure prospects are aware of the added value and benefits of investing.
- Achieve sales targets and suggest new ways on generating leads to increase customer base
- Ensure all sales enquiries from prospective clients are captured and attended to in a timely manner
- Deliver quality, high impact written and verbal presentations and product demonstrations
- Assist in developing business proposals, contracts according to Kumo™ policy and procedures
- Create and maintain sales administration reporting
- Represent Kumo™ at relevant industry events to create positive exposure and generate business leads
- Perform research on market trends and provide supporting facts on sales strategies proposal.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- You possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business or equivalent
- You have at least 3 years sales experience in selling products or services with excellent track record managing clients
- You have good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
- Bonus point if you are fluent in Mandarin as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
- You are a self-starter, highly self-motived with a genuine drive to achieve/exceed sales target and expectations
- You have strong presentation and writing skills in addition to ideally having technical knowledge
- You have great problem-solving and communication skills.
- You possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required base on business requirements.

Responsibilities if you're appointed in the ISMS Committee
- High level review on Information Security Incidents and decision on remedial action.
- Established relevant policy, procedure and guideline to ISMS implementation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the established information security policies, standards and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain Information Security policies and ISMS policies.
- Recommend specialized Information Security advice or services where appropriate. (e.g. engaging consultants to test the effectiveness of security policies, investigate alleged security breaches, or conduct an independent review of information systems)
- Perform continual risk assessment and risk treatment plan base and established methodology.
- Updating of information asset inventory register.
- Ensure that adequate security training is provided to various end-users and security awareness programs are conducted regularly.
- Identifying the classification level of information assets.
- Understanding the ISMS Manual and your additional responsibilities if you're appointed the positions (Document Controller / Incident Manager / ISMS Secretariat)
