About Anomity

Anomity is a startup building the Agentic AI Security platform for modern security teams. As developers and employees adopt AI agents, Plugins and MCP servers, CISOs have zero visibility into what's running on developer and employee machines. Anomity gives security teams fleet-wide governance and attack surface management for AI tooling -replacing blind spots with real-time control.

About the role

You will be responsible for reaching out to CISOs and security leaders at dev-heavy organizations across the US, helping them recognize and address the AI governance gap their existing tools don't cover. This is a full-time and fully-remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and reach out to CISOs and Heads of Security via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to qualify leads and book meetings
  • Conduct daily outbound outreach to engage security buyers at companies with significant developer populations
  • Research and build targeted account lists based on AI adoption signals and security maturity
  • Work closely with the founding team to refine messaging, positioning, and ICP definition
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies based on prospect feedback and conversion data

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as an SDR/BDR or similar role, working with US audience
  • Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with senior security buyers
  • Experience selling cybersecurity or infrastructure software to technical stakeholders or familiarity with the CISO persona is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development in B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with minimal playbook.
  • Technical orientation with sales and CRM tools
