What you'll do:
- Acquire aggressively and onboard corporate users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and prepare the proposals and quotation for clients.
- Sells the on-demand delivery solutions of the company through outbound lead generation efforts.
- Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
- Assist to prepare sales documents such as quotations, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing list, delivery documents and payment settlement/refund.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions to the customers.
- Monitoring of internal practices and processes, administrative activities and weekly reports
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- At least two (2) years of experience in Telesales functions from any industry.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales
- Must be willing to work on-site in Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and do fieldwork activities at times
