DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares marketing strategies to be used to achieve goals and quotas - Defines and executes marketing and sales strategy aligned with company vision, project pipeline, and revenue targets
- Conducts market research (property demand, buyer preferences, competitor analysis, pricing trends, interest rate environment).
- Leads branding, advertising, and promotions (digital, print, billboards, events)
- Analyzes and reports on the ROI and overall effectiveness of products, marketing initiatives and promotions
- Directs and coordinates the marketing communication efforts for the company, including press activities, sales materials, trade conferences and the company website
- Develops and manages marketing budgets and oversees the development and management of internal operating budgets
- Oversees digital marketing strategy; website, social media, SEO, paid ads, property portals (Lamudi, DotProperty, FB Marketplace)
- Ensures marketing collaterals (brochures, renderings, videos, virtual tours) are consistent and professional
- Utilizes the NOAH system for tracking leads, nurturing prospects, and engaging buyers post-sale
- Maintains strong ties with clients, OFWs, investors, banks, and corporate accounts
- Ensures customer satisfaction, handles escalated concerns, and strengthens brand reputation
- Works with the Finance, Accounting and Loans teams (for pricing models, amortization schemes, and bank financing tie-ups)
- Collaborates with the Operations Department and N.S. Mangio Associates, Architects (to align features and amenities with market demand)
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any four (4) year business course, preferably Marketing
- Extensive experience in all aspects of sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
- Vast experience in digital marketing as well as traditional marketing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
