What You Will Own & Build
- Design and implement a world-class **sales commission structure** that attracts top talent and rewards over-performance (you must have done this successfully before).
- Build a repeatable, high-velocity **sales pipeline** that targets startups, SMBs, healthcare practices, AI companies, tech firms, and marketing agencies.
- Prospect, qualify, and close deals of every size from $5K$20K quick-start pilots with early-stage founders to 6- and 7-figure multi-year contracts with enterprises.
- Create and own the entire **sales tech stack** (CRM, sequencing tools, enrichment, conversational intelligence, forecasting) you choose the best tools and make them hum.
- Write winning proposals, run polished discovery calls and demos, and close deals across industries and contract values.
- Build and eventually lead an elite sales team while still carrying quota in the early stages.
- Continuously optimize the sales process: scripting, battle cards, objection handling, pricing, and negotiation.
- Partner with leadership to set aggressive but realistic revenue targets and then smash them.
- Once the team scales, each SDR will be responsible for, and you will be responsible to help them achieve their individual quotas.
- Our ideal scene is to be able to close 4-10 clients per month per SDR.
Who You Are
- 812+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 45 years selling BPO, EOR, RPO, staff augmentation, software teams, or marketing services to Western markets.
- Proven success closing startups, SMBs, healthcare/dental groups, AI companies, tech firms, and marketing agencies you're comfortable selling both small pilots and 7-figure deals.
- Consistently hitting **$3M$10M+ USD per year** in personal or team quota.
- You have personally designed and rolled out commission plans that drove double-digit growth.
- Deep expertise with modern sales tools (Zoho, Apollo, Orum, Gong, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Fearless communicator perfect English, confident on video calls with founders, practice owners, CEOs, and VPs.
- You thrive on ownership and heavy responsibility, but know when to ask for help.
