Role Description This is a full-time Senior Sales & Event Organizer role based in Taguig with a hybrid WFH arrangement, combining on-site client events and work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Sales & Event Organizer will engage clients, and manage corporate accounts, set sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets. On the events side, this role will design tailored team-building programs, coordinate event logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth execution from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, responding to client inquiries, and overseeing overall event timelines and requirements. The role also involves gathering client feedback, tracking event performance, and collaborating internally to continuously improve offerings and client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Psychology, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, event management, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent conversational, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Naturally confident in engaging clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, face-to-face presentations, and networking opportunities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Fast learner who can quickly absorb information about products, services, and client requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet during client interactions and event execution.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Willing to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and event deployments when required.
- Experience in corporate sales, training, hospitality, tourism, events, team building, or related industries is an advantage.
