Job Description

About the Role: The Senior Sales Admin Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the administration, governance, and performance support of the nationwide seller network. This position ensures efficient and compliant sales operations, enabling the sales organization across all business units under Filinvest Hospitality Corporation to perform at optimal levels. The role requires a highly organized and results-oriented leader who can strengthen operational processes, implement scalable systems, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.


Key Responsibilitie

s1. Seller Network Managemen

  • tOversee end-to-end seller network processes including affiliation, accreditation, and onboarding of sales partners
  • .Manage seller evaluation, movement, and contract administration, ensuring accurate payroll advice and compliance with company policies
  • .Implement and maintain governance frameworks to ensure integrity, transparency, and compliance within the sales ecosystem

.2. Sales Rewards Administratio

  • nManage the implementation and administration of commission structures, incentive programs, and recognition systems to drive sales performance
  • .Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure accurate and timely computation, validation, and release of all sales incentives
  • .Regularly review and recommend improvements to incentive schemes to maintain competitiveness and alignment with business objectives

.3. Sales Performance Suppor

  • tOversee the development and maintenance of sales dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics to provide actionable insights
  • .Monitor performance metrics and support regular business reviews, tracking productivity and conversion efficiency across channels
  • .Identify performance gaps and coordinate with relevant teams to support capability-building initiatives

.4. Sales Operations & Global Suppor

  • tProvide operational and administrative support to local and international sales teams, ensuring alignment with company standards
  • .Standardize processes, systems, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency across all sales channels
  • .Support business development initiatives by ensuring readiness of operational systems, reports, and incentive mechanisms

.Qualification

  • sBachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • .At least 8–10 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or related roles, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity
  • .Strong understanding of sales governance, incentive administration, and performance tracking systems
  • .Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination and complex sales support operations
  • .Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
