Summary
Rappler seeks a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth for our Advertising & Promotions business. This role is focused on selling high-impact content marketing, digital advertising, and campaign activations to leading brands and agencies across the Philippines. You are a strategic hunter skilled in closing new business and nurturing high-value accounts.
What you will do
- Aggressively acquire new business: Focus on driving new revenue by prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts (direct and agency-based) to meet ambitious monthly and annual sales targets.
- Be a digital solutions strategist: Consult with clients and agencies to develop custom solutions leveraging Rappler's data, content, and digital platforms.
- Manage high-value accounts: Own, service, and grow an assigned portfolio, maximizing earning potential and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Serve as Rappler's ambassador: Act as the primary external representative, ensuring client trust and upholding Rappler's core values.
- Lead campaign execution: Serve as the key client liaison, coordinating seamlessly with Rappler's internal teams (Editorial, Tech, Finance) from contract signing through post-campaign evaluation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales success in digital media, content marketing, or advertising agency environments.
- Strong history of exceeding sales quotas and demonstrated hunter capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine digital landscape and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
