Job Description:
As a Senior Associate, the applicant will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:
- Advising engagement teams on global and local risk management policies and procedures
- Conducting client and engagement acceptance, engagement compliance and quality/delivery reviews
- Updating the Advisory line of service's risk management policies, procedures, tools, templates as necessary
- Coordinating with other internal firm services (e.g., territory RM, Legal, Independence, etc.) on RM matters
- Promoting risk management mindset through awareness and training and communication activities (e.g., risk alerts)
- Ability to have meaningful conversations with various stakeholders (i.e., engagement teams, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of a Business, Accounting, or Management course
- Background in risk management or compliance; Consulting or Advisory business background is an advantage
- Good communication and project management skills
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience; work experience from any Big 4 firm is an advantage
- Willing to work in Makati City (work from home is also an option, but there will be a return to office set up at least 1-2 times a week)
