What you'll do

  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and periodic review of risk management policies, procedures, and operational risk frameworks.
  • Spearhead and support risk assessments (RCSA, New Product Risk Assessments) activities to identify and evaluate potential operational risks across key business areas, including business continuity, financial exposures, and third-party/vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely reporting of Risk Incidents
  • Utilize existing risk management tools and systems to capture, monitor, and analyze operational risk data.
  • Develop and implement practical risk mitigation strategies and control enhancements to address identified risks
  • Promote a strong risk-aware culture through effective risk communication, awareness campaigns, and training programs across the organization.
  • Participate in incident investigations and lead or support root cause analysis to identify key risk factors and recommend control improvements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and present risk dashboards, reports, and other risk-related deliverables to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide risk initiatives and continuous improvement of the risk management function.

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ORM, CRMA, CISA, CBCP) are a plus.
  • 35 years of experience in risk management with strong exposure to operational risk areas.
  • Familiarity with regulatory expectations and risk management standards (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, BSP Circulars).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in risk tools, reporting, and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or other risk systems).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and effectively manage competing priorities.
