The Senior Revenue Accounting Manager is responsible in leading end-to-end revenue accounting, billing operations, and collections processes across SaaS and payments revenue streams. This role ensures compliance with ASC 606, drives billing and revenue automation, and manages offshore revenue operations teams to support scalable financial operations in a high-growth environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead Revenue Accounting, Billing, and Collections operations.
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and manage revenue recognition for SaaS and payment transactions.
- Oversee end-to-end billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application processes.
- Develop strategies to improve collections, reduce DSO, and optimize cash flow.
- Review complex customer contracts and ensure proper accounting treatment.
- Lead revenue accounting, billing, and collections teams, including offshore operations.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, and FP&A on revenue-related matters.
- Manage revenue systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Ordway, and other billing platforms.
- Support audits, reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive accounting experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing billing and collections functions at scale.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and billing platforms.
- Experience with automation tools and revenue recognition software (e.g., Ordway, Zuora, RevPro).
Work Schedule: 8PM - 5AM PHT Monday - Friday Off Sat and Sun
Work Setup:
- Applicants residing within Angeles City/Pampanga: Hybrid setup with one required onsite day per week.
- Applicants residing outside Angeles City: 100% work-from-home arrangement.
