Role Summary
Senior retoucher to join the production pipeline working on high-end fashion and advertising imagery. Hands-on production role with a clear path to greater autonomy as speed and trust build.
How The Work Runs
- Production lead assigns tasks; retoucher completes and submits for review
- Work cycles through review/revision with production lead (and wider team) until signed off
- Early work is repetitive and closely supervised; scope and autonomy increase as skill is demonstrated
Candidate Requirements
- Strong fashion/advertising retouching portfolio — senior level, 6+ years experience
- Exceptional skin retouching skills that preserve natural texture and tone — not over-smoothed or plastic
- Proven ability to create photorealistic composites from multiple source images — accurate perspective, lighting, colour and grain matching
- Strong understanding of colour science and colour management discipline across the full pipeline
- Solid grasp of digital file handling — resolution, colour space, and file formats for print and digital delivery
- Excellent Wacom pen/tablet skills
- Working knowledge of current AI retouching tools, and judgement on when to blend AI-assisted and traditional workflows
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker — not purely a technical executor
- Able to work autonomously once ramped up
Nice-to-have
- A secondary creative skill alongside retouching — e.g. motion graphics, 3D, illustration, or animation
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Location: Hybrid (2x per week onsite - QC, Alabang, Cebu, or Pampanga)
