Senior Resource Mobilization Officer

Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF) is looking for a Senior Resource Mobilization Officer to join our team!

In this role, you will help drive the Foundation's resource mobilization efforts by developing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, identifying new funding opportunities, and strengthening partnerships with stakeholders at the local, national, and international levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive resource mobilization and fundraising strategies

• Identify and pursue grants, donations, partnerships, and other funding opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors and partners

• Represent PDRF in donor meetings and relevant resource mobilization platforms

• Plan and support fundraising campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives

• Collaborate with Finance and other teams on budgets and resource mobilization activities

• Track fundraising performance, analyze data, and prepare reports

• Ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with ethical standards

• Advocate for PDRF's mission and communicate the impact of our programs to strengthen donor engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Management, Development Studies, International Relations, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in resource mobilization or fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization at the national or international level

• Proven experience in partnership development and stakeholder engagement across organizational, local, and international levels

• Strong track record in resource mobilization and developing successful funding opportunities

• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and project management skills

• Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-cultural, and high-pressure environments

• Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners

• Proven track record in successful resource mobilization with the ability to develop ideas and foster agreement.
