Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the residential leasing strategy aligned with company objectives and portfolio requirements
• Monitor leasing portfolio, occupancy, vacancy, rental rates, lease expirations, and unit availability
• Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, reduce vacancy periods and maximize rental income
• Review long-vacant units and recommend appropriate leasing, pricing, furnishing, or marketing strategies
• Support owner retention and encourage continued participation in the leasing program
• Oversee end-to-end leasing process
• Monitor leads, viewings, offers, negotiations, applications, contracts, move-ins and renewals
• Provide day-to-day direction and functional guidance to Leasing Consultants, Leasing Coordinators, and Residential Experience Associates assigned to leasing activities
• Allocate leasing leads, owner accounts, units, and tasks based on workload, competency, and business priorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate Management
• Licensed Real Estate Broker
• 5 years relevant working experience as a Leasing Specialist
