We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Scientist to develop innovative AI and optimization solutions that address complex business challenges and contribute directly to product innovation.
This role combines hands-on research, advanced modeling, and technical leadership. The successful candidate will lead research projects, drive adoption of emerging technologies, and mentor junior team members while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

NATURE OF WORK
Research & Innovation
- Lead applied research projects from concept through production deployment.
- Evaluate and adapt state-of-the-art techniques to solve business problems.
- Design novel models, algorithms, and decision systems.
- Conduct experiments and validate hypotheses using rigorous scientific methodologies.
- Identify opportunities where AI and optimization can create business value.
Technical Leadership
- Serve as a technical lead for major research initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into machine learning, AI, or optimization solutions.
- Define evaluation methodologies and performance benchmarks.
- Review technical designs and provide guidance to team members.
- Promote best practices in experimentation, reproducibility, and model governance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Communicate complex technical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor or higher in Computer Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI, optimization, or related fields.
- Proven experience delivering complex technical projects from research to production.
- Experience leading technical workstreams or research initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on ambiguous and challenging problems.
