You'll report to a Research Manager. The Global Strategy Team is a new team within TTEC to lead our strategic planning cycles, and oversee implementation of our corporate strategy into our go-to-market structure. This is a small, high-impact, and high-visibility team, offering significant upward career-mobility.

The role is designed for post-MBA/Masters candidates or those with atleast 3 years of working experience, will expose you to our senior-most leaders, and provide an opportunity to devise solutions on highly-complex strategic issues.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Analyze new market/client-segment entry
  • Assess the validity and fit
  • Size the market/segment
  • Develop our entry/expansion strategy

• Aid oversight of our key strategic initiatives/special projects
  • Manage teams of executives as they transform our priorities into an execution model
  • Orchestrate the data-gathering, analyses and presentation of key priorities

• Lead our GTM optimization process
  • Deeply understand processes that drive client success
  • Conduct significant-funnel analysis across marketing, sales, and other GTM functions
  • Uncover root-causes behind successes and blemishes
  • Work prudently with our organization to drive towards continuous optimization

What You Bring to the Role

• Ability and interest to work independently on complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in working with a global-executive team, and leading projects across all geographies.
  • Strong ability to cultivate relationships with leaders from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Experience in building and launching an idea. Prior experience in growth, product management, management consulting, or investment management is a plus.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to think top-down with unparalleled problem structuring/solving skills, and ability to think quantitatively.
• Understanding of the services-sector is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience.
