Job Description
You will join our HR Technology & Insights function as a Senior Reporting & Analytics Analyst, focused on advancing our analytics capabilities through dashboard development, automation, and data-driven insights.
This role builds on our ongoing transformation efforts by moving beyond traditional reporting into interactive dashboards, advanced analytics, and scalable data solutions. You will play a key role in designing and delivering Power BI dashboards, enabling business leaders to access real-time insights and make informed decisions.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement to elevate reporting into a strategic capability.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards to support HR and business stakeholders across regions
- Translate business requirements into data models, visualizations, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable dashboard frameworks and reporting layers
- Integrate data from Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems into reporting solutions
- Lead the transformation of complex reporting requirements into automated, dashboard-based solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
- Perform advanced data analysis, identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with reporting and business analysts to align dashboards with standardized and global reporting outputs
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and governance practices
- Document data models, dashboard logic, and reporting definitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or reporting roles
- Expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization design)
- Strong experience working with HR data and/or Oracle HCM preferred
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills
- Experience building end-to-end reporting solutions (data extraction → modeling → visualization)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience with automation and performance optimization in reporting solutions
- Experience supporting self-service analytics and dashboard adoption initiatives
