About The Role
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affluent clients by providing investment and banking solutions tailored to their needs. The role focuses on deepening client relationships, driving revenue growth through investments and cross-selling, acquiring new-to-bank customers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage and engage clients regularly to drive portfolio growth and strengthen relationships.
- Provide support for investment-related inquiries and banking concerns, including CASA and credit card-related requests.
- Generate referrals and acquire new-to-bank clients through networking and relationship-building activities.
- Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities for investment products, insurance, loans, cards, and other banking solutions.
- Conduct portfolio reviews, monitor client investment performance, and ensure compliance with customer due diligence and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand market trends and provide appropriate financial recommendations.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to compliance requirements.
- Willingness and capability to obtain required internal and external certifications related to investments and wealth management.
