Position: S enior Relationship Manager-UFSI
Office Location: Makati City
Duties And Responsibilities
- Engage with clients daily to drive portfolio actions
- Address investment-related and transactional queries (CASA / credit card concerns)
- Generate MGM/referrals for new-to-bank clients
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities for cards, loans, and other banking products
- Attend internal and external market outlook briefings regularly
- Conduct portfolio reviews for at least 1–2 clients
- Perform compliance-related deliverables, including:
- Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- AIR inquiries
- Surveillance monitoring
- LMTM callouts
- Participate actively in Power Hour callouts and tag campaigns in ECRM
- Review daily production and monitor its impact on scorecards
