Job Summary: The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing client relationship through consistent and regular engagement. Handle a portfolio and ensure that allocation and solutions are aligned to client's investment objective and risk tolerance. Accountable for individual sales target on Investment (effort based + trailers) and Insurance revenues, AUM and customer growth. Ensure adherence to sales process and contribute to overall control environment through compliance of operating bulletins/ policies.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Engaging clients to drive portfolio actions.
• Addressing investment-related or transactional queries (CASA, credit card).
• Generating MGM/referrals for new-to-bank clients.
• Identifying and pursuing cross-sell opportunities for cards, loans, and other products.
• Attending internal and external market outlook briefings regularly.
• Conducting portfolio reviews for at least 1–2 clients daily.
• Performing compliance-related deliverables, including customer due diligence, AIR inquiries, surveillance, and LMTM callouts.
• Actively participating in Power Hour callouts and tagging campaigns in ECRM.
• Reviewing daily production and evaluating its impact on scorecards.
