What You'll Do
Build High-Performing Teams
Lead end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations and corporate support functions. Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies. Source exceptional talent through digital platforms, social media, referrals, partnerships, and innovative community outreach. Conduct interviews and assessments that evaluate not only capability but also culture and values alignment. Build and nurture talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
Champion Culture and Values
Serve as a guardian of The Table Group's culture by identifying candidates who embody our values and leadership principles. Help shape the future of our organization by bringing in people who will positively influence teams and strengthen our workplace culture. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent quality, culture fit, and market insights.
Create Outstanding Candidate Experiences
Ensure every applicant experiences professionalism, warmth, and respect throughout the hiring journey. Represent The Table Group's employer brand across recruitment campaigns, career fairs, universities, sourcing events, and digital platforms. Build lasting relationships with candidates and create advocates for our organization—even beyond the hiring process.
Drive Recruitment Excellence
Manage recruitment operations efficiently, ensuring timely processing of hiring requirements and onboarding documentation. Maintain accurate recruitment data and dashboards. Monitor key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, hiring quality, and conversion rates. Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
