Job Description

The Senior Recruitment Specialist plays a strategic role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring exceptional candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong client-facing experience, deep recruitment expertise, and the ability to guide and mentor junior recruiters. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact hiring solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with clients to assess hiring needs, define role requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies tailored to their organization and culture.
  • Proactively source top-tier candidates through advanced Boolean searches, talent mapping, headhunting, industry networking, and referrals.
  • Lead candidate screening and in-depth interviews, ensuring cultural and competency alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage complex requisitions and high-volume hiring projects with minimal supervision.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior recruiters and recruitment specialists.
  • Deliver consistent updates and insights to clients regarding market trends, candidate pipelines, and recruitment progress.
  • Oversee the coordination of interview logistics, reference checks, and background verifications.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices, tools, and strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent for future opportunities.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes align with company values, diversity goals, and compliance standards.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within headhunting, executive search, or outsourcing industries.
  • Demonstrated success in filling senior and specialized roles across diverse industries.
  • Strong client management skills with a consultative approach to recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present recruitment metrics and insights.
  • Professional integrity, discretion, and a commitment to delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
