We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate to join our team and support our specialized and leadership hiring. This role involves building a strong talent pipeline through a proactive sourcing approach, utilizing various channels such as social media, employee referrals, and external events.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent for key corporate and leadership roles.
- Conduct interviews and create talent-sourcing insights.
- Post jobs to internal and external sites, manage recruitment mailboxes, and produce reports.
- Update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System and provide operational support.
- Represent the sourcing team in client meetings and offer market insights.
- Assist in data gathering for recruitment reports and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years of experience in volume and leadership/corporate hiring
- Preferred experience in BPO/Shared Service/RPO/Agency recruitment
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage with high-level clients.
- Flexible with the schedule and hybrid work arrangement
