Job Description
About the Role
As Senior Manager, Agency Recruitment, you will lead initiatives focused on expanding agency manpower and activating new advisors. You will develop and govern recruitment programs, platforms, campaigns, and processes while leading a recruitment team that supports different distribution channel requirements.
You will also work closely with upper and mid-management, regional partners, and agency distribution teams to translate corporate strategy into practical field-level execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen recruitment capacity and activate recruitment activities of existing leaders.
- Drive leader promotion, external recruitment, and advisor referral programs.
- Develop, launch, and govern recruitment programs and platforms.
- Create initiatives that attract and activate new recruits.
- Strengthen recruitment capabilities through technology, campaigns, and training.
- Design and implement recruitment campaigns.
- Govern financed and non-financed recruitment programs, including financing payouts and deviation approvals.
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Provide playbooks, training, performance management, and recruitment reports.
- Lead and develop the recruitment team to support different agency distribution requirements.
- Analyze recruitment, leader development, recruit activation, pipeline generation, and market trends.
- Build strong relationships across departments, units, and agency distribution.
- Translate top-management strategy into practical execution plans for agency distribution.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related course.
- At least 10 years of people management experience, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
- At least 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including volume hiring and direct sales recruitment channels.
- Strong agency business acumen.
- Experience analyzing recruitment, leader development, and new recruit activation strategies within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to develop, launch, and govern recruitment programs.
- Strong data-driven operations skills, including budget allocation, forecasting, risk management, and compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and modern recruitment technology platforms.
Good-to-Have
- Experience developing recruitment platforms and campaigns using technology.
- Experience creating recruitment playbooks and training programs.
- Experience working with regional partners and agency distribution networks.
- Strong fundamental and technical analysis capabilities related to recruitment and recruit activation.
