Senior Recruiter | Australian Accounting & Finance (Remote, Philippines) | Future Delivery Team Lead

Rosemount Recruitment is a boutique Australian agency that places accountants into public practice firms nationwide. We are small, founder-led and are heavily AI leveraged.

We are hiring our first senior recruiter offshore. You will run the candidate side of every live role alongside the founder, and if you are as good as we hope, you will build and lead the offshore delivery team that follows.

What you will own

LinkedIn Recruiter: projects, searches, saving and tiering profiles against a written rubric, InMail campaigns to the top tiers
The candidate pipeline: reply triage every morning, pre-screen calls with Australian candidates, booking the founder's interviews, CV packs, interview scheduling, reference checks
The system of record: Loxo stages and notes, job orders, the weekly live-roles status
Business development research: verifying decision-makers and contact details for the firms we approach
Later: hiring, training and running a small team of resourcers to the same playbook

What you will need

7+ years in agency recruitment, at least 3 of them sourcing or delivering for Australian or UK clients
Accounting and finance desk experience. Public practice (tax, business services, audit) is the ideal: you know a Supervisor from a Client Manager without asking
LinkedIn Recruiter every day, Boolean search, and an ATS (Loxo, Bullhorn, JobAdder or similar)
Written English a client could receive unedited; confident on the phone with Australian candidates
Evidence you have led or mentored other recruiters, or a clear wish to
Available 8:30am–5:00pm AEST (6:30am–3:00pm Manila), Monday to Friday, with a reliable home setup

What we offer

Remote, full-time contractor role (a part-time ramp for the first month is possible)
PHP ₱85,000 to ₱130,000 per month, depending on experience, paid monthly, plus commission on placements you have sourced
Your own LinkedIn Recruiter and Loxo seats; no shared logins
A documented process (you get the playbook on day one), an automation engine that does the grunt work, and a founder who wants you to run the desk, not just fill it
A genuine path to Delivery Lead as the team grows

Shortlisted applicants will be sent two short written questions, then a paid two-hour sourcing task (₱2,000) before interview.
