Job Description

We are hiring another Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Right team supporting recruitment across Australia & New Zealand.

This is not an entry-level recruitment role.

We are looking for a highly capable 360 recruiter who knows how to source, engage, interview and secure high-quality candidates in competitive markets.

You need to be someone who thrives under pressure, can manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously, and genuinely enjoys the hunt for exceptional talent.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience as a Senior 360 Degree Recruiter
  • Exceptional English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong phone-based candidate engagement and relationship-building ability
  • Advanced sourcing capability across LinkedIn, Seek, databases and outbound search methods
  • Strong interviewing skills with high emotional intelligence and intuition
  • Highly organised, structured and process-driven
  • Ability to manage up to 10 live roles simultaneously without losing quality or speed
  • Able to work with complete focus between 9:00am – 5:00pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday
  • Reliable internet, professional home office setup and no distractions during working hours
