We're on the hunt for a Senior Recruiter who can operate at both strategic and executional levels someone who brings structure, momentum, and insight to our growing recruitment engine. You'll manage end-to-end hiring across multiple departments while helping to shape our talent acquisition roadmap in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager.

This isn't just about volume, it's about quality, consistency, and cultural alignment. You'll lead hiring projects, report on analytics and recruitment metrics while ensuring that Monster Group continues to attract the best of the best.

What you will be doing

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across BPO, sales, operations, and support functions
  • Lead candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers ensuring a world-class experience for every applicant
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define hiring needs and optimise job briefs
  • Track and analyse recruitment funnel data using our ATS system (source effectiveness, time-to-fill, candidate quality, etc.)
  • Present weekly and monthly reports to leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and wins
  • Support on boarding processes and help with off boarding as needed for both PHP and South African employees.
  • Assisting in champion Monster Group's employer brand across all platforms and talent touchpoints
  • Take ownership of KPIs and recruitment process improvements aligned to business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 35 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced BPO or international environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, you can confidently engage hiring managers and influence decisions
  • Data-literate and experienced in recruitment analytics, funnel reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in job platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, JobStreet, Indeed, and Facebook Jobs
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment automation tools such as Workable, Placement Partner Team Tailor Zoho recruit etc. is highly desirable.
  • Able to assess candidates for both skills and culture fit
  • Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and self-managed with a proactive, solutions-focused mind-set
  • Willing to work ON-SITE at our offices based at 20 Lacson Street in Bacolod
