WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and help build structured, scalable hiring processes as the company grows.
This role goes beyond resume screening. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of recruitment operations, maintain high hiring standards, and help create disciplined, efficient, and professional recruitment systems.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working closely with the CEO and Operations Head while helping guide and support Assistant Recruiters in a fast-paced startup environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers, CEO, and the Operations Head regarding hiring requirements and recruitment progress.
- Support hiring initiatives for both corporate and legal-related roles, when needed.
2. Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and maintain accurate candidate tracking records.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and pipeline analytics for management.
- Ensure recruitment timelines and hiring targets are consistently met.
3. Onboarding & HR Support
- Facilitate onboarding coordination for new hires, including documentation and orientation support.
- Assist in maintaining HR documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the improvement and standardization of recruitment and onboarding workflows.
4. Team Support & Process Improvement
- Help train, guide, and support Assistant Recruiters in recruitment execution and coordination.
- Recommend improvements to recruitment systems, processes, and quality control measures.
- Promote organized, efficient, and professional hiring operations across the company.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and recruitment platforms
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deadline in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using recruitment and productivity tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, ClickUp, or similar systems is an advantage.
