You own the end-to-end talent acquisition engine for a diverse portfolio of roles spanning any industry. Your work is defined by your ability to pivot across disciplines—whether you're sourcing Accountants, Engineers, or Software Developers, you bring the same strategic rigor and headhunting instinct to every search.
This is not a generalist high-volume role. You operate as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and clients, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate hiring cycles while maintaining high-touch candidate relationships. Best suited for recruitment agency veterans who are industry-agnostic by design, thrive on variety and complexity, and can operate with full autonomy—owning the entire recruitment function solo on a night shift schedule with no recruiter support on standby.
YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of solid end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally gained within a recruitment agency or executive search environment.
- A background spanning more than one industry—Accounting, Construction/Engineering, and Software Engineering experience are highly regarded, though we welcome strong recruiters from any discipline.
- Direct ownership of client-facing responsibilities, including conducting client calibration calls, defining role requirements, and translating business needs into actionable sourcing strategies.
- Proven stakeholder management experience—you've navigated competing priorities, managed expectations across multiple clients or business units, and kept relationships strong under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a solo recruiter—self-managing your pipeline, troubleshooting independently, and making sound hiring judgment calls without a team to lean on.
- Work context exposure in an outsourcing or shared services environment larger than GoTeam.
- Ability and willingness to work fully remote on a fixed night shift schedule (9:00 PM–6:00 AM).

- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques across varied role types.
- Experience using AI-assisted recruitment or assessment platforms.
- Proven track record of leading offer negotiations and closing specialized roles across different industries.
- Comfort running client calibration sessions independently—you ask the right questions, push back when needed, and set realistic expectations.
- You've functioned as the only recruiter on a shift or account before—you know how to prioritize, self-triage, and keep things moving without escalation paths readily available.

- You own a dynamic talent pipeline that spans industries and disciplines, ensuring speed and quality are never traded off against each other.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and calibration to offer execution and pre-onboarding.
- Identify and engage passive talent through industry-specific networks, professional communities, and direct headhunting.
- Adapt sourcing and screening approaches to the unique requirements of each role and client.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- You act as the trusted partner between client requirements and business growth, maintaining continuity across all open roles.
- Lead client calibration calls to define technical and cultural requirements from the outset.
- Partner with clients and department heads to build a shared understanding of role expectations and market realities.
- Maintain a Ready-Now talent map for recurring roles across your portfolio.
- Lead offer negotiations and manage pre-onboarding workflows with professionalism and precision.
- Manage candidate and client concerns independently in real time—you don't wait for backup; you handle it.
Process Innovation & AI Integration
- You drive recruitment efficiency by adopting modern tools that eliminate bias and reduce time-to-hire.
- Utilize GoTeam's proprietary AI tools to conduct candidate assessments.
- Leverage modern sourcing strategies to streamline the identification of niche talent across industries.
