Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and executive positions. You will leverage your expertise in identifying, engaging, and assessing high-caliber candidates while building strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle executive search for senior management and leadership roles.
  • Source, attract, and engage top executive talent through networking, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and success profiles.
  • Manage multiple search assignments simultaneously, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using ATS or other HR systems.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years experience in executive search or senior recruitment, preferably across multiple industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level or executive talent.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and social/professional networks.
