We are a U.S.-based HR consulting firm supporting growing companies across multiple industries. Due to increased recruiting volume, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter based in the Philippines to support U.S. client searches.

This is not a mass hiring role.

This is not BPO volume recruiting.

We run thoughtful, structured, quality-driven searches and are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering true shortlists — not resume dumps.

What You'll Do

• Build Boolean search strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter Lite + Indeed + other platforms)

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach

• Screen candidates thoroughly (behavioral + technical validation)

• Prepare polished candidate summaries for U.S. clients

• Maintain organized pipelines and status trackers

• Draft professional candidate communication

• Proven ability to fill mid-to-senior level roles for U.S.-based clients

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience conducting structured, competency-based interviews

• Able to observe US CT hours

You will work directly with a U.S.-based HR leader and must be comfortable operating at a high standard of written and spoken English.
