Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Attraction Sourcing Partner with 3–5 years of experience to support end-to-end recruitment for client accounts. The role requires working onsite three times per week and collaborating closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience (RPO, BPO, or agency experience preferred).
• Strong talent mapping, sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite three times per week.
• Amenable to a day shift schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
