The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in the recruitment operations in a fast-paced working environment and the functions mainly covers but not limited to candidate interviews, candidate assessments, candidate scheduling, account handling and managing as one of the core function, pipeline management, stakeholder management, reports, onboarding and more as stated below.

The Senior Recruiter will support multiple domains hiring in volume such as Customer Service, Financial Services, Finance & Accounting, IT Service Desks, Niche Technical roles, Bilingual Roles, Outsourced functions under Human Resource, Compensation and Benefits, Finance, Administrative and more.

This role is Full Time Onsite/Return-To-Office on a Mid-Shift or flexible schedule and Weekends Off. We do not offer any Hybrid work setup nor WFH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end recruitment activities and develop hiring strategies for volume demands
• Calibrate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to understand hiring profiles and regularly ensures team is aligned
• Proactively source candidates using different sourcing channels and techniques
• Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities across various stages of assessment that will promote a consistent positive applicant experience
• Building and maintaining hiring manager or stakeholder relationships
• Effectively manage the accuracy of all recruitment related database and MIS systems
• Ensure compliance to SOPs
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Key Requirements:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree
• More than 3 years experience in Recruitment Operations managing volume hiring ideally 300+ month-on-month
• Expertise in account management, profile calibration and salary fitment
• Related Certification in conducting behavioral interview is a huge advantage
• Knowledge in criteria-based interviewing or targeted selection or behavioral interviewing is a must
• Knowledge in various hiring profiles and segments for volume recruiting, technical, IT/Technology, retail, finance, and accounting etc.
• With prior experience and understanding using complex ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Must have solid background in various hiring and assessment methodologies and experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment preferably in a BPO/Shared Services environment
• With no issues working onsite full time (100% RTO) in our Clark Pampanga site observing mid shift schedule
• Flexibility in handling multiple hiring domains and different hiring locations
• Amenable to be deployed in other recruitment hub when business demands
• Must also be ready & flexible to work during weekends, holidays and extend working hours when business demands
