Senior Recruiter(bulk/BPO hiring)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with strong expertise in bulk/BPO hiring to join our growing team.

Preferred:

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods

Experience Required:

4+ years of recruitment experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes

• Manage bulk/BPO hiring requirements efficiently

• Coordinate with delivery clients and stakeholders

• Source, screen, schedule, and manage offer coordination

• Handle multiple open positions and achieve hiring targets

• Utilize various hiring portals and recruitment tools effectively

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in BPO bulk hiring

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
