As a Senior Recruiter, you will:
- Develop and maintain a strong network through various channels, including professional networking platforms, campus activities, industry events, and referrals
- Engage with candidates through proactive outreach, networking events, and interviews to build relationships, assess their suitability, and promote our organization or our clients as an employer of choice
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and maintaining open lines of communication
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies in executive recruitment to enhance our recruitment strategies and processes
- Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment
- Source qualified candidates and apply strategic recruitment process using various sourcing channels
- Responsible for real-time endorsement tracking and candidate monitoring
- Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verify their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements
- Schedule interviews with the hiring manager
- Involve in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls emails, and general relationship-building
- Make recommendations on additional candidate pool and recruiting techniques and evaluating market conditions
- Communicate with the Hiring Manager on the status of their requirements
- Present applicant portfolios based on the required format to their respective client/s
- Foster a long-term relationship with candidates
For you to be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience in hiring various professionals (IT, Accounting and Finance, Data Analytics etc.)
- Strong client/stakeholder management skills
- Well-versed in using Boolean Strings Methodology
- Has used ATS such in previous work
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter is a PLUS
- Has used Job Boards such as Foundit/Monster, Jobstreet, and other local job board
