- Building strong relationships across the client organisation and ensuring an excellent Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Taking ownership of recruitment challenges and driving issues through to resolution, escalating where appropriate.
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and ways of working, contributing to continuous improvement across the account.
- Ensuring delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs and quality standards, while maintaining accurate and compliant recruitment data.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong and well-established end-to-end recruitment expertise, with the confidence to independently manage complex recruitment processes.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility, manage expectations and navigate challenging hiring requirements.
