About the Role
We are looking for experienced Finance & Accounting professionals to join our Record-to-Report (R2R) team supporting Cash Management, Treasury Operations, and General Accounting processes.
Depending on experience and leadership exposure, successful candidates may be considered for either a Senior R2R Analyst or R2R Team Lead position.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic finance environment supporting critical treasury, banking, reconciliation, and month-end close activities while driving process excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Management & Treasury Operations
- Perform and review MT940 uploads and bank interface processing in SAP S/4HANA.
- Prepare, validate, and review payment proposals for trade, non-trade, intercompany, and loan-related transactions.
- Process and monitor check payments, telegraphic transfers, supplier financing payments, and fund transfers.
- Monitor daily bank balances, cash positions, and treasury-related transactions.
- Prepare disbursement reports, payment reconciliations, and treasury management reports.
General Accounting & R2R Activities
- Perform and review General Ledger postings, accruals, provisions, and adjusting entries.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare intercompany settlement reports and loan accounting reconciliations.
- Monitor and investigate unreconciled bank and GL items.
- Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and business review schedules.
Controls, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
- Support internal and external audits through timely documentation and analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership Responsibilities (For Team Lead Candidates)
- Lead and mentor a team of R2R Analysts and Senior Analysts.
- Manage workload distribution, team performance, and service delivery metrics.
- Review critical accounting activities and ensure SLA compliance.
- Handle escalations, stakeholder management, and team development initiatives.
- Drive process standardization, governance, and operational excellence programs.
Qualifications
Senior R2R Analyst
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in R2R, Cash Management, Treasury, or General Accounting.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, payment processing, General Ledger accounting, and month-end close.
- Experience preparing financial reports, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
R2R Team Lead
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA qualification is an advantage.
- 5-7 years of experience in R2R, Cash Management, Treasury, or General Accounting.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring finance and accounting teams.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, MT940 processing, treasury operations, and financial reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management, audit, compliance, and process improvement experience.
